This piece, as well as all of the products in The Earthwardens Collection, is handmade with entirely recycled leather and released in very small, limited edition batches. This means that the leather had a previous life, so there may be small cosmetic imperfections in the material. This gives the piece character, and I hope it reassures you that your purchase is making the smallest possible environmental impact. Purchasing this versatile item will help our dear Mother Earth grow, as I donate 10% of the sale directly to the charity One Tree Planted. All Earthwardens items are shipped with 100% post-consumer recycled packaging.
The runes I engrave on my pieces are the Elder Futhark runic alphabet. These runes were used by the ancient Germanic people (and early Viking Age) for recording information and channeling spiritual energy.
You can choose one rune to be engraved on the leaf or feather of your Earthwardens piece. You can also simply tell me the intended purpose or story of the piece (protection, health, prosperity, courage, etc) and I will choose the rune best suited to your purpose.
This ready-made item will be engraved with your choice of rune and shipped within 1-2 weeks. Once it's out the door, Standard Shipping will deliver your package within 3-8 days (domestic) or 7–21 days (international). Expedited Shipping will deliver within 2-3 days (domestic) or 6-10 days (international).
I bought this purse in September of 2021 and it has been my go to ever since then. Its a very sturdy purse and its the perfect size for my everyday needs. I never went easy on this bag so when it had a small hole in the stitching Marin fixed it up and had it back to me within the week! I've had this bag for well over a year now and it's still holding strong. I couldn't have wished for a more awesome bag to carry with me everyday.
I cannot praise this bag enough! It is so well made and has the perfect amount of space with those buttons allowing me to add even a little more as a mini tote! The feel of the leather is so lovely. There is something about more worn leather with less worn leather, the different softness. I can tell this will last me a long time! I think it would be awesome to have a slightly longer shoulder strap, but that's just my personal preference speaking. It honestly is a great length to throw onto your shoulder. The strap and handles are nice and sturdy. Also, I'm a sucker for good hardware on bags and I LOVE the dark metal hardware on this one! The clip designs for the shoulder strap are strong and aesthetically pleasing. I got the Banshee colorway from the July 2022 release and I love the black, dark grey, and earth red combo. The red adds that little accent of color while the black/grey assures me that this bag will match all of my outfits and styles <3
