Returns & Exchanges
Unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for custom, made-to-order, or personalized items. I also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me within 7 days of delivery if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
