I'm looking to hire a workshop helper!
After years of trying to make everything myself, I'm finally ready to expand my operation. I'm so excited to share my process and knowledge with another crafter.

Who I'm Looking For:
- Someone who is passionate about crafting and working with their hands.
- Someone who is eager to learn (no matter their experience level)
- A good communicator who is comfortable expressing their needs and concerns in a workplace
Job details:
- Must be local to the Boston, MA area, with your own transportation.
- Long-term recurring contracted work, paid by the project rather than hourly. This allows for more flexibility and will naturally lead to a higher "hourly rate" as you gain experience and crafting speed.
- Starts in early April.
- Schedule is very flexible and will vary seasonally, with more work (approx 3-5 days per week) available in summer and fall, less work (approx 1-3 days per week) available in winter and spring and no work in December.
- Potential for some remote work if you have your own tools and work space.
- Training will be available for those who don't have leatherworking experience.
