My Top 5 Playlists

My Top 5 Playlists

Hi members,

This week's post is a little different, but I hope you like it! I thought I'd share with you my top 5 Spotify playlists (and what I use them for). As someone who works with their hands all the time, a good music selection is vital to productivity and getting in the zone. And of course, I've got playlists for other moods as well! Let me know what you think... I hope you enjoy listening to new tunes!

Got an idea for next week's Inner Circle post? Let me know in the comments!

Many blessings,
Marin

1. "Mountain Banjo"

This playlist has been my recent go-to for relaxing my mind and letting go of expectation. Don't let the banjo throw you off! It's full of beautifully relaxing Appalachian folk music, perfect for a walk through the woods or a midday nap.

2. "Wanderlust"

I'm proud to say that this particular playlist was crafted by my very own partner, Alex! He set out to create the perfect Roadtrip playlist, and he NAILED it. Each one of these songs sounds like it's straight out of a boho indie short film. Take this playlist with you for your next long drive.

3. "Focus Flow"

If you're in a rut and need to focus on a project, this is the perfect playlist. It's almost midway between lo-fi and instrumental hiphop, and it never fails to get me in the productive zone.

4. "Northern Spirits"

Of course, I can't forget the hauntingly beautiful songs of Nordic Folk Metal! This playlist has all of my favorites (Wardruna, Heilung, Danheim, Faun, etc) and many others that will transport you to a different world. I find that this playlist is create for stirring creative thought and meditation.

5. "Swagger"

If you like bluesy alternative rock with a punk garage band feel, definitely check out this playlist. I like to play this one when I have friends over, or when I feel like singing along to some old favorites. It's got a great mix from different rock sub-genres, but they all fit under the name "Swagger"!
