Hello moon lovers,
Seeing as my next shop update will feature a big restock of the Triple Goddess Collection, I figured it was fitting to take you behind the scenes to the inception of this collection. Enjoy flipping through the rough sketches that led to the final cohesive designs, and read on about the inspiration behind them.
The idea for the Triple Goddess Collection came to my mind instantly, almost like a vision, back in April. This wearable Collection was to bring the ancient symbol of the Triple Goddess to life, while celebrating feminine power and natural cycles. With the pandemic in full swing, I was feeling starved for human connection, so I decided to include other artists as collaborators. I reached out to Shannon from Maevean Design (a friend from my time at MassArt), and Alice from Art By Night Studios (who I met at a recent convention). After many weeks of designing, and crafting in our respective natural materials (leather, metal, and wood), the Collection was born.
